1/2" (12mm) Heavy Duty Interlocking Rubber Floor Tiles are the most common thickness used in most commercial weight room applications with moderate - high levels traffic and moderate vertical impact on the floor. The primary benefit of interlocking tiles is that they do not require any glue. Everlock interlocking tiles are a loose lay product and can be easily installed by the weekend warrior doing it by themselves.
